If you submitted a mortgage or home buying inquiry, your information may be shared with licensed mortgage loan officers, mortgage brokers, or mortgage lenders operating in your state. All mortgage professionals in our network are required to hold applicable state and federal licenses.
If you submitted an equipment finance inquiry, your information may be shared with commercial equipment finance brokers, direct lenders, or leasing companies. These are business-to-business transactions. Sharing your information does not initiate a credit inquiry — any credit application requires your separate, direct consent with the lender.
If you submitted a credit repair inquiry, your information may be shared with credit repair organizations as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). These companies are required to provide you with a written disclosure of your rights before any contract is signed. You have the right to cancel within three business days of signing any credit repair agreement.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain accurate business records, and comply with legal obligations. Lead data is generally retained for 24 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 11).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take data protection seriously and respond promptly to any incidents.
