AccuraLead LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating as a lead generation intermediary. We source consumers seeking mortgage financing, screen them, and sell the resulting files to licensed mortgage brokers, loan officers and real estate agents. We are not a lender, a mortgage broker, or a settlement service provider. We do not originate loans, issue credit decisions, or set loan terms.

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from AccuraLead LLC at that number about your enquiry and your account. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Commercial email from us includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional messages about files you have purchased or invoices you owe.
Separately from your own information, we deliver files containing personal information about homebuyers who consented to be contacted. When you purchase a file, you become an independent controller of that data and you agree to:
Note on consent. Each buyer provided express written consent to be contacted at the time they submitted their information. That consent runs to AccuraLead and to the licensed professional or professionals we match them with. It does not transfer to anyone else, which is why files may not be resold.
We share limited information with vendors who operate our business on our behalf — hosting, analytics, email delivery, calendar scheduling, telephony, CRM and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
If AccuraLead LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your business contact information.
We retain enquiry and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — generally no more than seven years after your last activity. Records of consumer consent are retained for at least five years, as is standard practice for TCPA recordkeeping.
We use encryption in transit, access controls and a password manager for credential handling. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
